Patrick Walter is the Senior Director of Operations at Silver Star Protection Group, overseeing multiple security teams across four states – an impressive combined workforce that includes over 350 professionals. Since 2009, Walter has been actively involved in the securities industry, with experience that stretches across a variety of sectors, including physical security, crowd control management, executive protection, compliance enforcement, and emergency readiness.

Walter’s career in securities and leadership has been built both by internal drive and genetics, as his father, Mark Walter, was a celebrated police officer in his own right, serving his community for more than 30-years. Growing up surrounded by the many influences curated by his father’s legacy has led Walter to develop new, innovative ideas in the securities industry, ultimately creating a culture that thrives on client success and exemplary customer service, at the forefront.

Throughout his successful career, Walter has been able to garner expertise in diverse fields and high-risk sectors such as live entertainment, cannabis, casinos and gaming, and major public events. With his ability to seamlessly liaise with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, he has expertly fostered a collaborative environment that thrives on growth and encourages investigative support when required.
