Tricia McGue has over 15 years of experience in business development, administrative leadership, and operations management in a variety of industries.
Tricia has demonstrated success in starting new businesses, growing teams, and starting administrative operations from scratch. She has created compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures throughout her career that fortify businesses and position them for long-term success. She is committed to establishing frameworks that enable individuals to perform at their highest level and making sure businesses have the support systems they require to expand.
Tricia oversees the administrative department at Silver Star Protection Group, emphasizing organization, responsibility, and expansion. She guarantees that operational systems are fully utilized, supports staff with clear training and guidance, and fosters a collaborative and ownership-oriented culture. She maintains the company’s internal operations robust and in line with Silver Star’s long-term objectives by leveraging her entrepreneurial experience and people-first philosophy.
Outside of work, Tricia is a proud mom of three boys. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and experimenting in the kitchen with new baking recipes.
