Sean Molina – President, Silver Star Protection Group

Before joining Silver Star Protection Group, he held senior roles at BMO Capital Markets, Infinium Capital Management and StoneX where he led and developed Capital Markets supervision and regulatory programs. Additionally, he held senior level roles focusing on finance, compliance, HR, and IT operations.

Most recently, Sean served as Vice President of Revenue at Revolution Cannabis, where he drove significant growth across retail and wholesale channels. His leadership has spanned every aspect of the business from seed to sale, aligning operations, optimizing gross margin, and expanding the national footprint adding retail and cultivation operations across 5 states.

Sean’s career is defined by strategic execution, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of complex, multi-site environments. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, he is also a former professional hockey player and proud father of two. Outside of work, Sean remains active in youth sports, contributing as a coach and mentor across multiple programs in the local community.
